Affiliate Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

This document outlines the terms and conditions (“Terms”) governing your participation in the Clover Ranch SizzApp Africa Affiliate Programme (“Programme”). By joining the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
  • You cannot be a resident of a country or territory outside of the SADC region.
  • The SADC regions includes Angola, Botswana, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eswatini, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
  • Your referrals must, therefore, be resident within these SADC countries.

3. Joining the Programme

  • To join the Programme, you must complete the online application form and be approved by Clover Ranch.
  • Upon approval, you will receive credentials to access your own affiliate dashboard along with a unique affiliate ID and access to promotional materials via this website.

4. Promoting the Programme

  • You may promote the Programme on your website, blog, social media channels, and other platforms permitted by these Terms.
  • You must use the provided unique affiliate ID and/or promotional materials and accurately represent the Programme.
  • You are prohibited from using spam, misleading tactics, or paid advertising that competes with the Programme’s campaigns.

5. Earning Commissions

  • You will earn a commission for each qualified sale generated through your unique affiliate link.
  • A “qualified sale” is defined as a purchase made by a new customer within the specified cookie window (e.g., 30 days) after clicking your affiliate link.
  • The commission rate and payout structure are subject to change at Clover Ranch’s discretion.

6. Payment

  • Commissions are paid out monthly via PayPal once they reach a minimum threshold equivalent to $50 (USD).
  • If you do not have an active PayPal account you can sign up here (note that in South Africa, only FNB provides a facility to transfer money from PayPal to local bank account).
  • An Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) option is available to receive commissions directly into a local bank account within an SADC country but this is a manual process, which will take longer and may be subject to transaction fees.
  • Clover Ranch reserves the right to withhold payment for fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms.

7. Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.
  • You are responsible for the content of your website, blog, and social media channels.
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information in your affiliate account.

8. Termination

  • Clover Ranch may terminate your participation in the Programme at any time, with or without cause.
  • You may terminate your participation in the Programme at any time.
  • Upon termination, all earned commissions not yet paid out will be forfeited.

9. Disclaimer

  • Clover Ranch makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Programme or the potential income you may earn.
  • You participate in the Programme at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Clover Ranch may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on this website.
  • Your continued participation in the Programme after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
